Our dedicated fleet of trucks currently provides services to the following states: MO, IL, IN, WI, IA, NE, TX, OH, KY, TN, AR, MS, LA, AL. If you reside outside these regions, please contact our customer support team for alternative shipping options.

Order Processing and Delivery Time
We strive to process and ship orders as promptly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and the availability of our fleet, but we strive to operate on a weekly schedule. As we deal with perishable items, we ensure that the seafood is delivered quickly to maintain its freshness and quality. However, please note that some special items may take longer to deliver.

Delivery Attempts
Our delivery personnel will attempt to deliver the products to the specified address provided by the customer. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may try to deliver your order at the next available time slot. We ask that you remain flexible in your scheduling, as our drivers are hard-working and may arrive at a late hour. If this is the case, we will let you know in advance.
