Responsibilities

3. Product Knowledge:

4. Negotiation and Sales Closing:

• Develop and present customized pricing proposals based on client requirements.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Close sales deals while adhering to company guidelines and profitability targets.

5. Collaboration:

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery to clients.
• Be available to confirm information about clients (e.g. address, hours, etc.)

6. Sales Reporting:

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the executive.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the seafood industry or related food sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
• Knowledge of seafood products, sourcing, and industry trends is a plus.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred.

3. Safety and Compliance
